Controller
silo, a Sweden-based digital marketing agency, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: mamlesi.silo@gmail.com.
Data we collect
When you submit a creator application we collect the name, email address, social media handle, sample video link and free-text message you provide, together with the submission timestamp. If you email us, we process the contents of that message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to review your application, contact you about relevant assignments and manage our relationship with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting and working with creators (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and where relevant steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Storage and processors
Applications are stored in a hosted database provided by our platform provider, which processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Access is limited to people at silo who need it to review applications.
Retention
We keep creator applications for up to 24 months from submission, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email mamlesi.silo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. The current version always applies and is published on this page.
